To become a Bluecard training provider you need the following:

1. Your registered training organisation (RTO) needs to have TLIF1001 Follow Work Health and Safety Procedures on its scope of registration
2. Employ trainers with up to date adult training qualifications as well as relevant transport and logistics industry experience and qualifications
3. Obtain and execute the licence agreement with TEACHO. Contact us for the latest copy
4. Submit a signed copy of this licence to TEACHO along with:
• Details of your RTO
• A copy of trainer qualifications
• Detailed outline of the short training course you intend to deliver
